How long does delivery take?
- Delivery is averaging 7-10 days! Every ring is quality checked before shipping to make sure it has the perfect, satisfying spin so you get the best product first time, every time.
How do I work out my ring size?
- Our second photo shows our sizing guide, you can use a piece of string to wrap around your finger, then measure the length of the string and match up the measurement with our ring size! Our most common sizes are 6-7 for children and 9-10 for adults.
Do you offer any guarantees?
- Yes, if our Stress Rings don't significantly improve your stress levels within 30 days, let us know at info@stressrings.com.au and we'll organise a return for you.
What if the size I choose doesn't fit?
- Not a problem, each customer is eligible for a free replacement if the ring selected doesn't fit quite right. We only charge a flat $10 fee that covers the postage cost, we cover the cost of the replacement ring!

Decent quality ring, was expecting it to be a little heavier and sturdier as it feels slightly flimsy, but so far after a few weeks it has held up with minimal scratches. It also does not spin as much as I would like, perhaps only two rotations before stopping quickly.

Unless you are 100% about your finger size, i would recommend a slightly large one than you would normally purchase as it is very soothing to let it glide down your finger and spin it with the same hand.

I love the concept of this! I think personally for me, I would prefer it to continue spinning for a longer duration like a fidget spinner- a smoother, longer spin. I think this would help me slow my thoughts and breathing more effectively when beginning to feel anxious. I have some sensory issues too so the tinny sound of the metal spinning unfortunately makes me uncomfortable. With a few tweaks I think this ring could absolutely help me handle anxiety discreetly in social settings.

I have the smooth finish black and silver anxiety ring in size 13, I do need it to be slightly larger but it helps me so much when I am feeling anxious.
